Point Blank is widely considered the best Music Production and DJ School out there, offering courses in everything from music production and radio production to DJ skills and the Music Business. The specialise predominantly in electronic music and the school has tonnes of students passing through their doors. Every term for the last few years Resident Studios has been proud to be a part of their fantastic courses.
The students on some Point Blank courses finish with a lesson right here at the studios with one of our mastering engineers learning about mastering techniques and tricks as well as being able to practically master each others tracks with the assistance of our engineer. The sessions over the last few weeks saw John Martin and Steve Lewis taking the classes through everything, including worked examples before handing over the reigns to the students.
