Studio Three
A
bright spacious sound defines Studio
Three, drums especially create a big spacious ambient effect
that can really suit rock music. The resulting reflections from
the walls generate a sound that is bigger than it actually is.
The
room is centred around a Soundcraft Spirit 14:4:2 mixer, together with
Alesis multiband EQ and Zoom FX, all piped into our ever popular Mackie
SRM 450's. As with all our rooms, there is a separate
monitor amplifier driving wedge monitors that foldback to the desk; the
result is nearly 2000W of power, delivering a great sound.
The total size is 330 sq ft, and is complete
with leather sofa , chairs and remote controlled aircon/heating. The rehearsal
can also be recorded through the supplied Denon cassette deck.
